Business Development Professional

We are a 22-year-old digital agency experiencing tremendous growth and it is now time to add to our Business Development Team. Only qualified candidates will be considered and contacted. - Strategy – Be able to work with C-level suite executives and business owners to listen and craft solutions. Entrepreneurial/never give up attitude.
- Prospecting/Cold Calls – Yep, you will need to go old school at times and pick up the phone. You cannot be afraid of the phone.
- Be able to find the Key Contact Qualify prospects according to our marketing plan.
- In-Bound Lead Management – Timely response to inbound leads
- Onsite & Networking Events – we want to spend as much time face-to-face with our prospects and clients.
- Time Management – Critical
- Experience with an extended sales cycle – Critical
- Client Service Experience – Critical.
- Professional Services-based Communications – proposal writing, general communication with prospects and clients, present in small and large group settings.
Experience in these areas is a plus:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a professional services environment / preferably in a marketing or digital agency
- Bachelors degree or higher in business or marketing
- Zoho CRM
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience with digital industry technologies
