Business Development Representative

Aztek is one of Cleveland’s top digital agencies focused on web design, development, and digital marketing. Our growing agency is highly focused on culture, innovation, and the success of our clients. We’re currently seeking a Business Development Representative.

What We’re Looking For

Are you a salesperson with an entrepreneurial attitude and direct experience selling digital marketing services? This position will prospect and close new business opportunities.

The business development representative should love a challenge and be eager to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role for digital marketing services and a well-rounded skill set that includes the ability to have tough conversations, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage your time effectively.

Here are the Specifics

Want to know what you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Finding new clients and closing (Cold prospecting)
  • Responding to and closing inbound leads (Warm prospecting)
  • Managing and growing client relationships
  • Working with internal teams to scope and create detailed proposals
  • Detailing your work and tracking your tasks in CRM
  • Client communication – email, phone, LinkedIn
  • Developing and testing sales and marketing strategies
  • Following our sales process
