When you think content first, everything else follows

Without great content even the best designed website won't help users find what they need. That's why we want to hit the ground running when it comes to content creation.

A TYPICAL WORKFLOW LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE

  1. Move through the content strategy work flow [link]
  2. Write
  3. Review/ Revise
  4. Place on test site
  5. Review/Revise
  6. Approve to go live
  7. User test any pages if needed

Not included here is if you have to collect photos, review with a legal department, translate content, third party review, or more.

PEOPLE (AND CONTENT) MATTER

It's not just the content that matters, people play a huge part in this process. We know how large of a job content creation can be, that's why we recommend letting us take on the content work. We estimate a minimum of six to twelve hours of work for each page on the site, so trying to fit in creating content with your busy schedule can be tough.

There are a lot of things to think about: who owns this content? Who needs to see it before it's "approved?" How often will it need to be updated? These are all questions that can slow down the content process later if not addressed at the beginning. We can help with these questions. We have a full team that takes into account everything from tone and user experience to SEO and converting to leads:

  • Content Strategist
  • Copywriter
  • Keyword Research/SEO
  • User Experience
  • Editor
  • Proofreader

We work with you while creating content.

We will begin drafting pages and then get your approval before moving on. This allows you to be able to see the content and make recommendations.

Of course we can also work with you in any capacity you'd like. So if you have a team and would like to be the one creating content, we can provide proofreading and editing along the way. You choose what's best for you and your business.
