Arborwear's audience is on the go. They're in the woods, choppin' down trees, hiking new trails, and kayaking down rivers. They don't have time to go home, fire up a desktop computer, and order some of Arborwear's signature super tough pants. They have to be able to do that from their mobile device. So when Arborwear's analytics reported more than 50 percent mobile traffic, everybody knew a responsive redesign was overdue.
The responsive site started to show some big improvements (like a 209 percent increase in average session duration for example).
We then moved into promotion with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including Facebook advertising, pay per click, search engine optimization, and content development. In order to be most efficient, we focused on the most profitable products (tree climbing pants and sweatshirts). This also aligned with their busiest time of year—the holidays. During this time, they saw a significant increase in revenue from the website.
